Returnable Items

  • We allow up to 2 WEEKS for Returns and Exchanges on Full Priced Items ONLY. 

  • Items MUST be in original condition.  Unwashed and Unworn.  In the original packaging with tags
  • All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or there was an error made by our store.
  • The return address for the package:

  • Once we receive the return, we will send the exchange or issue a refund.

Non-refundable Items:

  • ALL Sale Items are FINAL SALE
  • Gifts are FINAL SALE
  • Applique Orders are FINAL SALE
  • Gift Sets are FINAL SALE
  • No Exceptions can be made.  
  • DISCOUNT CODES cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions and can ONLY be used on new purchases.
  • No price adjustments can be made on previous orders. 

Damaged and/or Defective Merchandise Procedures:
First of all, please accept our apology.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return/exchange will not be accepted. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if we can replace your item with the exact one we originally sent out, then the shipping fees are on us.
